These sessions use long-held, supported poses to release deep tension in the muscles and fascia, soothe an overstimulated nervous system, and bring you back into balance. Perfect for chronic stress, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, or anyone craving deep rest.

What You’ll Experience
