Meet Hana

I believe wellness should feel like coming home to your body, your breath, and yourself.

Originally from Egypt, my journey began with years in public health and sustainability, spaces that taught me how deeply our personal well-being and the well-being of the world are connected. But it was through belly dance that I started to venture into movement & embodiment.

Yoga and somatic movement allowed me to find a more personal truth: healing isn’t linear, and wellness isn’t about striving. I certified for yoga teaching in Dubai, yin yoga and trauma-sensitive yoga foundations then started this practice.

Kind by Hana grew out of that realization, a space for people to explore movement with kindness, curiosity, and care rather than pressure or performance.

My Approach

I draw on the wisdom of yoga, trauma-sensitive practices, and dance to create classes that are as much about emotional grounding as they are about physical movement. My approach is inclusive, accessible, and designed for real lives, busy schedules, messy days, and everything in between.
