I'm Hana, and I bridge worlds: public health and personal practice, ancient movement and modern trauma science, corporate wellness and cultural wisdom.
With training in yoga (Hatha & Yin), trauma-informed yoga (TCTSY), traditional belly dance, and a foundation in sustainability and public health, I create spaces where all parts of you are welcome.
